HELP LINE NOW AVAILABLE: (702) 691-8555
Feel free to call this number with any questions during all hall hours of the move-in process, and a member of the Show Management team will either able to assist you right away or make sure a particular order is communicated to the appropriate team member or floor manager.

Path to The Venetian Expo & Shuttle Service
Although the pedestrian bridge will be open for the show, it must remain closed until Monday at noon for safety reasons with the freight traffic on the back dock at The Venetian. A clear path is marked from either side of Caesars Forum to The Venetian Resort. Please follow the signs. If you cannot navigate stairs, or prefer a shuttle, free shuttle service will be continuously provided throughout move-in from the front porte cochere by registration beginning on Saturday.

Late Work Passes
If you plan on working after 6:00 PM, please notify your floor manager to receive approval and also so security is aware you will be in your booth past closing time. You can contact your floor manager by visiting your nearest Information/Floor Manager station or calling the Help Line at (702) 691-8555.

New Product Center
If you entered a product into the New Product Center, be sure to drop the product off beginning Sunday morning. The New Product Center is located on Level 1 of The Venetian Expo, adjacent to the shuttle lobby and main registration areas. If you are coming from Caesars Forum, a free shuttle is available from the front porte cochere by registration at Caesars and dropping off at the shuttle lobby just next to the New Product Center at The Venetian Expo. Placement is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are interested in participating but have not yet submitted an entry, it is not too late. Simply go to the New Product Center and speak with the associates.

Freeman Concierge Program
If you require assistance with lost freight or any other contractor services, please contact Show Management through the Help Line or reach out to a Freeman Concierge or Floor Manager who will be walking throughout your hall. Of course, you can always go directly to the Exhibitor Service Desk or call the Service Desk Hotline at (855) 598-9618.

Getting all the crates for a show the size of the SHOT Show in such close quarters is a challenge. To expedite the move-in process for all exhibitors, and facilitate fluid movement of crates/boxes in and out of the exhibit halls, we are asking for your assistance in following the “clean floor” program. Each exhibitor is designated a time to have all crates emptied and labeled at a particular time (see times below). This applies only to crates.

Firearms in Las Vegas Hotels
The Las Vegas hotel community is very supportive of our industry and making their city the home for the SHOT Show. The hotels make their own security decisions regarding guests, however, and most have a policy of no firearms being permitted on their premises. We request that you respect the policies of the Las Vegas hotels and not bring firearms or firearm cases back to your hotels while you are here for the SHOT Show. We have secured storage locations that will be accessible throughout the show, all available free of charge. We ask that you take advantage of this program. For more information, please visit the Security Office in Academy Ballroom, Room 403, or call (725) 228-3937.

Show Policies

No Retail Sales Inside the Exhibit Halls.
This is a reminder that retail sales by exhibitors at the SHOT Show are strictly prohibited pursuant to the Exhibitor License, which states, “Direct over-the-counter sales may violate state or local laws and are strictly prohibited at the Show.” Show Management reserves the right to take all necessary and appropriate action to enforce violations of these rules, including, but not limited to, revoking an exhibitor’s license to exhibit at the current show and exhibition at future shows. The SHOT Show strives to promote a professional business to business environment on the show floor and retail sales by exhibitors to attendees in the aisles attracts more consumers to the show while detracting from true B-to-B transactions. Thank you for your cooperation.

Protect Your Investment
Some non-exhibiting manufacturers may try to approach you or buyers for the purpose of selling their product, otherwise known as suitcasing. THIS IS PROHIBITED! Violators should be immediately reported to SHOT Show Security by calling (702) 691-8522. If possible, get a business card or note the person’s name and company. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us to protect YOUR investment.

No Smoking
No smoking is permitted inside The Venetian Expo, Convention Center or Caesars Forum. The only permitted smoking area is outside in designated areas.
