The 2025 SHOT Show takes place January 21 - 24, at The Venetian Expo + Caesars Forum.

This application is for NEW EXHIBITORS to the 2025 SHOT Show.

If you are a returning exhibitor from the 2024 SHOT Show, please contact ExhibitorHelp@SHOTShow.org for your renewal link.

Only companies with a product or service that is affiliated with or serves the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor or Law Enforcement industries will be accepted. Approval is subject to Show Management's review, and its sole discretion. Once approved, Show Management will notify you by email and send an invoice for the required deposit.

New Exhibitor Booth Package

All new exhibitors at the 2025 SHOT Show must purchase a New Exhibitor Package. The cost for a New Exhibitor Package is $1,795 (see package details below) plus $42.00 per square foot for exhibit space. Corner fee is $900 per corner. A required 25% deposit is due with application.

NSSF Patron members receive a $10 discount per square foot not to exceed their membership dues. NSSF Supporting and Associate members receive a $5 discount per square foot not to exceed their membership dues.

Please note: if you are a returning exhibitor from a past SHOT Show, you will not be required to purchase the New Exhibitor Package.
The NEW EXHIBITOR Package includes:

  • SHOT Show lead retrieval mobile app
  • One entry into the New Product Center Display (Cabinet position)
  • One year membership to Outdoor Wire
  • SHOT Show Marketing Package and access to Digital Press Kits
  • Booth Selection Procedures

    New exhibitors will be assigned by NSSF membership status in order of payment received. For companies that submit the rental agreement with payment by March 1, 2024, booth assignment will take place during Space Selection; March 28 - April 5, 2024.

    For rental agreements and payment received after March 1, booths will be assigned in order of payment received after initial Space Selection.

    Terms and Conditions

    Cancellation Policy:
    Effective following Exhibitor’s assignment of booth space, through April 19, 2024, Show Management shall retain 25% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.

    Beginning April 20, 2024, through August 2, 2024, Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages. No refunds are given after August 2, 2024, for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.

    Membership Discount:
    To qualify for the NSSF member discount, the Exhibitor must be a Patron, Supporting or Associate Member in good standing of NSSF. Deadline to become a member and receive member discount for the 2024 Show is August 2, 2024.

    Prompt payment is required to secure exhibit space. No refunds will be made to exhibitors due to canceling of exhibit space by exhibitor once booth has been assigned. Assignment and confirmation of exhibiting cannot be provided without required deposit.
