Crated, boxed or skidded materials will be accepted between Monday, December 14, 2009 through Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at the above address. To avoid additional after deadline charges, materials must arrive at the warehouse by January 6, 2010. The warehouse will accept freight Monday through Friday between 8am – 4pm. Shipments will be accepted after the deadline date of January 6, 2010 but with additional charges. For rates, refer to Material Handling Order Form located in the General Contractor section of this manual.

Shipments to show site should not be shipped to arrive prior to your targeted move-in date and time (please refer to enclosed target map for scheduled date and time). Please Do Not order set up labor until the end of your assigned target period. Keep in mind that you will still need to take into account any hanging signs, electrical, internet, and carpet that will need to be installed before your booth set-up can begin.
PRIVATELY OWNED VEHICLES (POV’S)
Privately owned vehicles (POV’S) may be unloaded on Sunday, January 17, 2010 from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Monday, January 18, 2010 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. During move-out, POV’S will be re-loaded on Friday, January 22, 2010 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
A POV (Privately Owned Vehicle) is considered to be any exhibitor-driven vehicle that is primarily designed to transport passengers, not freight or cargo. Please refer to the POV Express form in the Freeman on-line section for guidelines and rates.
All items not ordered through the official show contractors may be subject to material handling charges and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
