Registration Process
Registration is done on the website OR by contacting Ms. Andrea Gorrie, Senior Client Services at Reed Exhibitions at agorrie@reedexpo.com . We recommend corresponding with Ms. Gorrie by email due to the time differences. If you can contact her during Eastern Time, she can be reached at 203-840-5600.
Cost of attending is $25 US for retail, law enforcement and military buyers and can be paid by credit card using American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.
Once your credit card is approved you will receive a confirmation letter with additional information.
Registration process - take advantage of SHOT Show University, Import/Export Education session, State of the Industry event, retailer seminars, and law enforcement seminars. You can select and pay for those you are interested in within the registration web process.
Visa Information
Thank you for your interest in SHOT Show. As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel Visa. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.
- International Attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered badge holders with a valid confirmation number prior to requesting an invitation letter. You can register for the event here.
- Invitation requests must be received no later than December 26, 2011.
- International visitors need to fill out and submit the Nonimmigrant Visa Invitation Request Form
- Invitation processing takes approximately 5 - 7 business days after you have submitted the form. Please note that Invitations cannot be post mailed. You will receive an original invitation by courier service. If you are unable to submit the online document, please print and fax to 203-840-5304. For additional questions or to check on the status of your invitation please email invitation@reedexpo.com.
