How to Request an Official Letter of Invitation for VISA Purposes
To exhibit at the SHOT Show it may be necessary to request an Official Letter of Invitation to obtain a travel Visa. Upon receipt, invitation processing takes approximately 5 - 7 business days. Requests for invitations are accepted via e-mail or fax only at 203-840-5805. If you have any questions regarding this process, please direct them to ssc@reedexpo.com.
International exhibitors must out and submit the Nonimmigrant Visa Invitation Request Form. *Please do not submit your form more than once as this may cause delays in processing.
